With an MBA from Tribhuvan University and a Bachelor’s in Management, he combines academic excellence with dynamic leadership. Beyond his core role, he actively contributes to various educational forums and associations, including HISSAN and the Nepal Private College Association. A published author of accounting textbooks for secondary and higher secondary levels, he is also a sports administrator holding leadership positions in national and international Tug of War organizations. Bhawani Paudel’s educational leadership is deeply rooted in values, vision, and community collaboration. His impactful work has earned him multiple nominations and participations in the Nepal Education Award, highlighting his dedication to excellence in education.

hawani Paudel began his academic career over 40 years ago and has been at the forefront of Nepal’s education sector ever since. He earned his Bachelor's in Management in 1989 and an MBA in 1993 from Tribhuvan University. In 2007, he took charge as Campus Chief at Jaya Multiple Campus, where he has played a key role in academic leadership, policy development, and institutional growth. His contributions extend to national platforms, serving in leadership roles at HISSAN, Nepal Private College Association, and Gokarneshwor Municipality's Education Committee. Simultaneously, he has held prestigious posts in international sports organizations such as the South Asian and Asian Tug of War Associations. His published works in accounting have supported curriculum delivery for Classes 9 to 12. With a remarkable history of both academic and extracurricular involvement, he has elevated the standards of education and youth engagement in Nepal.
