Mr. Suman Basnet is an academic leader, currently serving as the Principal of Dayananda Anglo-Vedic (DAV) College—one of Nepal’s most reputed educational institutions. He is also the Secretary of HISSAN (Higher Institutions and Secondary Schools’ Association Nepal) Lalitpur Chapter, a national-level umbrella organization representing privately funded secondary schools and higher institutions across the country.

More than just an educator, Mr. Basnet is a dedicated social worker, youth leader, and motivational figure for students and the general public. His passion for teaching and guiding young minds has made a lasting impact on the lives of many. Mr. Basnet holds a Master’s Degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University. With his dedication, leadership, and clear mission, he continues to inspire students, educators, and the wider community toward excellence in education and social responsibility.
